Bug Description

It's impossible to attach a RBD volume because of a typo in 'nova/virt/libvirt/connection.py', the libvirt_volume_drivers has a key named 'rdb' where it shall be named 'rbd'.

    Fixes a typo preventing attaching RBD volumes.

    A typo in spelling 'rbd' as 'rdb' prevents attaching RBD volumes
    to instances.

    Fixes bug 900359.
