if a snapshot fails, the task state of the instance stays in "image_snapshot"

Bug Description
To reproduce:
1- run a VM
2- create a snapshot of the VM
3- delete the image before if finishes to be transferred to glance
4- we can check that the snapshot fails but the task_state of the instance is "image_snapshot".

Fixing snapshot failure task_state
fixes bug 898162
If a snapshot fails now the instance task_state is set back to None.
