Nova Internal API reference in Developer Guide has no content

The Develpoer Guide section of the nova developers docs (http://nova.openstack.org/devref/index.html) ha sa section called "API Reference" that contains a list of links to modules such as "nova..virt.connection (e.g., http://nova.openstack.org/api/nova..virt.connection.html).

All of the ones I clicked on are blank, and they all have two dots instead of one, for some reason (nova..virt.connection).

I'm not sure when/how the regression happened. But I proposed a fix in two patches that are waiting for review

    Fix to a documentation generation script.

    Filenames no longer have two dots in them
    source/api/nova..adminclient.rst -> source/api/nova.adminclient.rst

    Fixes bug 882889
