Bug Description

Floating IP deletion from an interface uses a deprecated syntax. which results in a warning from the 'ip' command. Adding '/32' suffix to the end should resolve it.

    Use new ip addr del syntax

    Start appending the /32 suffix to the addresses when removing floating IPs.
    Fixes bug 865371.
