Bug Description
Using the latest nova milestone-proposed w/ the milestone-proposed PPA I am currently unable to boot instances via DHCP.
The fix seems to be to readd the --interface option for dnsmasq we reverted in nova trunk (to support dnsmasq 2.58). Given that the milestone-proposed PPA doesn't have this version of dnsmasq this makes sense.
