Bug Description
Accept keypair when you launch a new server. These properties would be stored along with the other server properties in the database (like they are currently for ec2 api).
When a VM launches, the compute drivers can inject the key pair (or expose it via the metadata api)

I already have a branch here at (https:/ /code.launchpad .net/~tpatil/ nova/add- remove- securitygroup- instance/ +merge/ 71967) which accept security groups when you launch a server.
