Need documentation for nova-manage image ... commands

Commands like nova-manage image convert have no documentation that I've found. Please write RST that explains the uses for the commands and the arguments available for nova-manage image ...

There's some fairly basic docs in novamanage.rst as Ken points out. Does that suffice, Anne?

My guess is that the section "Using the nova-manage command" in
http://docs.openstack.org/trunk/openstack-compute/admin/content/managing-the-cloud.html

could be extended with content from nova-manage.rst, or a note added to simply encourage people to run "man nova-manage"

    Slight fleshing of nova-manage doc

    This is perhaps a stop-gap change until the proper CLI doc is in
    place. As most commandline use is moving towards nova client, rather
    than nova-manage simply extending
    the phrasing a little and encouraging users to read the man page.

    Placing nova client first, based on feedback

    fixes bug 766703

    Second patch - addresses concerns from previous patches about leading
    with novaclient, and emphasising that nova-manage is only for
    administrators.
