Bug Description
The local image service was changed in a recent patch to use the same format as glance, but the docstrings in service.py were not updated to show the new format. This should be corrected because it is confusing. Additionally some notes about how the s3 image service works and any additional fields that are used to make the ec2 api work should be documented.
