Bug Description

Failing scenario using euca2ools version 1.3.1:
/usr/bin/euca-get-ajax-console i-0000000e
EC2Connection instance has no attribute 'get_ajax_console'

Failing scenario using euca2ools version 1.2:
/usr/bin/euca-get-ajax-console i-0000000e

To be able to see TRACE you need to patch euca-get-ajax-console as described here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/nova/+bug/728398

Doesn't affect the heavily-patched euca2ools 1.2 shipped in Ubuntu.
