Bug Description
When a non-raw image is spawned, its kernel and ramdisk are stored in the /boot/guest directory in dom0's filesystem.
These files should be cleaned up when the instance is terminated.
Kernel and ramdisk files can be found looking up the PV_kernel and PV_ramdisk fields of the VM record.

Setting to confirmed/low priority since the obvious workaround is manual removal of the old files...
Salvatore, feel free to set status to In Progress if you're working on the fix.
