Missing translations in Bexar release tarball

Bug Description

The released tarball does not contain all of the translation goodness, since we didn't merge those back in.

validating fix with build bzr651:

po/*.po files are now shipped in tarball.
The Ubuntu packages at https://launchpad.net/~ttx/+archive/nova-bexar-updates correctly build and ship .mo files in /usr/share/locale. If I install those packages and pretend to be japanese, I can see some translated messages.

We should probably check that we ship the right translations, though.
