__dn_to_uid in ldapdriver should return the value of the uid attribute

Bug Description
This is related to lp681164.
__dn_to_uid assumes that the naming attribute is the same attribute as the uid attribute. In many environments this is not the case. __dn_to_uid should fetch the user's entry, and return the uid attribute.
