I have a swift branch that implements an auth server like this (lp:~xtoddx/swift/nova-auth). I'll be moving it over to nova this week.

After feedback, I've moved this to nova instead of swift: lp:/~xtoddx/nova/authserver

I'm also linking the branch to the API blueprint.
