test_resize_volume_backed_server_confirm crashes in Kernel panic: /sbin/init: can't load library 'libtirpc.so.3'

The test fails because it can't ssh into the machine. The reason is because the machine crashed when starting init process.

Note that are some GPT error related messages before this happens, and the test case is about resizing, so maybe of relevance?

Overall, not sure it's a nova bug, or the VM image bug. Reporting against nova for initial triage.
