Python error that pops up during instance creation
Steps to reproduce

I use demo scipt to launch an instance:
$ . demo-openrc
$ openstack server --debug create --flavor m1.nano --image cirros --nic net-id=
Expected result

An instance created but pop up Python error:

Environment
===========
1. Openstack version is 2023.2
2. Hypervisor is Libvirt + KVM, storage type is LVM
3. Networking type is Neutron with OpenVSwitch
The exception comes from OSC, moving the bug report to that project.
