This is a follow-up bug for the fix proposed on bug #1948705, which is about reattaching mediated devices (such as vGPU instances) to guests coming back from suspension. While bug #1948705 might have already been resolved, we still have to do the same thing for the suspend/resume for snapshot operation, which currently does not reattach mdevs to the guest.
As suggestions, it's possible to either call the functions implemented for bug #1948705 in the snapshot resume function as well or analyze the possibility of replacing it for the regular resume function.
