Description
===========
I launched an instance, open the console, but can not use the keyboard to click.
I checked the nova log and found no errors.

As I run openstack in hosts with MIPS architecture, may be I should check if need to add keyboard support for MIPS.

Environment
===========
1. openstack version: Rocky
2. nova version: 18.1.0
3. hosts with MIPS architecture, Libvirt + KVM

Reason: The MIPS architecture is EOL now. Even if it wasn't, this needs work including a rebase. As a result, I'm abandoning this. If you'd like to pick this up again, please restore the change or ping one of us to do so
