In openstack, when the tenant accesses the secret files of the instance, the dongle device is required for encryption and decryption.
The dongle device is a USB device, which is implemented on the server side and requires the pass-through function of USB device. A dongle can only be used for a virtual machine, and there are few USB interfaces on the server.
Please help to sort out the ideas and code.

Unfortunately, it is very unlikely that someone will work on it (unless you yourself chose to do so), so I'm going to close this bug in order to set realistic expectations. If you want to work on this yourself, please file a blueprint.
