Configure live migrations in nova - timeout section for kvm doesn't mention live_migration_timeout_action

In the section on configuring timeouts for live migration for kvm:

It mentions live_migration_completion_timeout but not the live_migration_timeout_action config option which was added in Stein:

https://specs.openstack.org/openstack/nova-specs/specs/stein/implemented/live-migration-force-after-timeout.html

That allows configuring the compute that if the timeout is reached, to automatically abort (default) or switch to post-copy or auto-converge based on whether or not post-copy is available.
