Bug Description

https://developer.openstack.org/api-ref/placement/#list-allocation-candidates

The 'traits' parameter has been added in the response since microversion 1.17.
But it is missing in the API reference.

And the parameter list is not sorted by microverions.

    [placement] api-ref: add traits parameter

    In the "List allocation candidates" API,
    the 'traits' parameter is missing.
    So add it and update examples.
