New instance on compute fails

Bug Description
I am installing openstack Pike release. While trying to create the instance on compute node, I see the below errors in nova-schedular logs:

While Checking the resource available in nova registered compute. I don't see the problem.

try log in database ，use nova_api ,DELETE from resource_providers where uuid='5841aceb-
