# NOTE(mdoff): Multiple cells not yet implemented. Currently
# fanout only looks for cell0.

https://review.openstack.org/519275 was silently abandoned but had received some review feedback so I'm not sure why it was abandoned except it didn't get any review comments on the latest patch for several months so I'm assuming the author just moved on. Someone could revive it though.
