POST /resource_providers api-ref doesn't mention a Location header in the response

That just says:

Response

No body content is returned on a successful POST.

But there is actually a location header in the response which has the UUID of the resource provider in case you didn't provide a UUID when creating it, which would be useful for using the UUID later in other operations with that resource provider.

Set the status to 'In Progress' because this report has an assignee.
