The powervm driver is not in the feature support matrix

The powervm driver is starting to be functional in the Pike release but there is no mention of it in the in-tree feature support matrix:

Especially for things like VNC console support now:

It's pretty bare for a driver at the moment, but there might be other things in there to report, like host and instance status, launch instance, shutdown instance, etc.
