I installed openstack Newton in Ubuntu 16.04.

When I try to launch an instance I get an error Unexpected API Error. Please report this at http://bugs.launchpad.net/nova/ and attach the Nova API log if possible. <class 'oslo_messaging.exceptions.MessagingTimeout'> (HTTP 500) (Request-ID: req-ff1f37e8-a875-4375-b036-de514a908e07)

I checked the log files and I found errors
