Bug Description

The fields returned in the limits call that are added by os-used-limits are listed in the example response here http://developer.openstack.org/api-ref/compute/?expanded=show-rate-and-absolute-limits-detail#id215 but are not documented.

Also, while someone is in there - the optional security group limits should likely be listed as deprecated like the image related ones due to microversion
