"tenant_usage_links" isn't described in the v2.40 os-simple-tenant-usage API reference

https://github.com/openstack/nova/commit/83404013cb53aef16b97b5616c0627c50af76ac8 added the simple_tenant_links in the response for paging simple tenant usage but there isn't a description of the link response parameter for v2.40 in the API reference:

    Missing usage next links in api-ref

    Microversion 2.40 added paging to simple tenant usage, complete with
    "next" links, but the api-ref response documentation wasn't updated to
    include them.
