when trying to launch instance using openstack server create --flavor m1.small --image Feora-24 --nic net-id=6c1548c0-49a2-493a-89f1-5b98bcb1d33c --security-group default --key-name mykey Fedora-24

What is the git hash of nova that you're running? I'm pretty sure this is already fixed awhile ago.
