You can only associating a floating IP when the server status is Active, but docs say available

in Preconditions, the text says:
You can only add a floating IP address to the server when its status is available.

It should say

You can only add a floating IP address to the server when its status is ACTIVE.

Turns out, you can also assign a Floating IP when the status is STOPPED. Any others?
