resize vm across azs

Problem:

i create instance1 in az A, one day the instance was resized and in az B.this confused me.

my nova filter config is :
scheduler_default_filters=RetryFilter,AvailabilityZoneFilter,RamFilter,ComputeFilter,ComputeCapabilitiesFilter,ImagePropertiesFilter,ServerGroupAntiAffinityFilter,ServerGroupAffinityFilter

1. Exact version of Nova/OpenStack you are running:

openstack juno

2. Relevant log files:

none

3. Reproduce steps:

random

To clarify what's the issue here, you did expect that the instance get resized in the same AZ, right?

Please add the nova-scheduler log file. This log file should contain the entries which explain which hosts get filtered during the scheduling process.

Im putting this on incomplete until the points above are clarified. Please switch back to "new" when you provided the information.

i checked nova-scheduler.log, but the log didn't record the request.

what should I do？

It has no problem in Kilo, so I believe it has been resolved in newer version if there were problem.
