Incorrect available free space when datastore_regex is used for vcenter

Bug Description

When vCenter is used as hypervisor, datastore_regex option is ignored when calculating free space available (which affects nova hypervisor-stats/Horizon and scheduling of new instances).

datastore_regex value should be passed down the stack when the datastores are selected.
