Bug Description
I think is a typo because when you rebuild a instance it boots from ROM instead of CDROM. also boots from the image of harddisk instead of create a new cdrom drives so for example debian 7.4 fails to install from ISO because not find CDROM because boot from HD image.

This bug description isn't very clear about what's wrong here.
Can you provide a scenario for what you did, what happened, what you expected to happen, preferably in a way that could be repeated by anyone.
Thanks!
