Bug Description
OS: Ubuntu 12.04
Version: devstack fresh install
Deployment: 1 controller node (acting as compute node too) + 1 compute node - No shared storage
If for some reason the migration fails, the instance state stays as "migrating".
All future request to that instance fail. The only possibility is to terminate instance.
Errors that cause failure:
- leave sql_connection setting empty in /etc/nova/nova.conf in destination compute node.
