Bug Description

A bug in VMwareAPISession.__del__() prevents the session being logged out when the session object is garbage collected.

The issue was addressed by remove the __del__ from the class. This was done in https://github.com/openstack/nova/commit/b28530ce83302dacae90c385c5431fb1a758ef0a
