Bug Description

Lots of these slipped in during the current log checking outage:

2014-01-14 00:05:15.220 | 2014-01-14 00:04:13.658 26807 ERROR nova.virt.driver [-] Exception dispatching event <nova.virt.event.LifecycleEvent object at 0x4ff8bd0>: Info cache for instance a0896255-1e5d-477d-9d16-0ab69687ba41 could not be found.
