Bug Description

provider:physical_network is available in network/neutronv2/api as one of attributes of network objects in method _nw_info_build_network. It should be used and added to the network returned by this method. Retrieving it from port.binding:profile dictionary should be removed, since maintaining this data on port level is supported by specific plugin only (Mellanox).
