Documentation incorrect for VLAN setup with quantum

After setting up a compute node, for VLAN networking using quantum, following the guide (http://docs.openstack.org/grizzly/openstack-network/admin/content/compute-node-install-openvswitch.html), there were errors in the openvswitch-agent logs stating:

Bridge br-eth1 for physical network physnet1 does not exist. Agent terminated!

Step #6 from the following link needs to be added:

    Neutron: fix missing add bridge step in provider router demo

    The step to add the bridge that links the physical network
    for the vlan provider networks was missing.

    Also fixed a couple of minor mistakes on the same page.
