VMware: exceptions for RetrievePropertiesEx incorrectly handled

Change http://github.com/openstack/nova/commit/e331287cdd1300878bfb9bbb3630889370e5fa72 did not update the exception handler correctly. That is, the exceptions were handled for RetrieveProperties (https://github.com/openstack/nova/blob/master/nova/virt/vmwareapi/vim.py#L157)

    The commit below did not update the exception handling correctly:

      e331287cdd1300878bfb9bbb3630889370e5fa72

    The fault checker should be retrievepropertiesex_fault_checker instead of
    retrieveproperties_fault_checker.
