Bug Description
If you boot a VM with scheduler hints (--hint option) according to a filter like DifferentHostFilter and you want to migrate this VM then during the migration scheduler hints are not applied.
The problem is that scheduler hints are not persisted, so they must be registered into the database and attached to the instance (into "instances" table).
