Bug Description
During a migration(resize) instance type info with a new_ prefix is always created, and usually info with an old_ prefix. But in the case of a migration without resize there will be no old_ prefixed version. During confirm_resize an attempt is made to delete the old_ prefixed data which raises an exception putting the instance into an ERROR state.
