Related to bug 1044383, baremetal.BareMetalDriver needs to use the current nova.network.model instead of being dependent on legacy().

The patch was abandoned. Furthermore, the nova baremetal driver is deprecated and soon to be removed in place of Ironic, so if this is still an issue it should be filed against Ironic.
