we can't attach a volume to an instance

Bug Description
we can't attach a volume to an instance at Dashboard on Ubuntu11.10 x86_64. we create 3 types volumes including "SSD Performance and Backup" and try to attach one of them to an instance and got message "Info: Attaching volume volume-1 to instance instance-1 on /dev/vdb.", but we can't find attached info at "Attached To" column. we find some info at "dmesg" output as follows.
