Resizing for LVM bootable images doesn't work

Bug Description

When using libvirt_images_type=lvm there seems to be no way to resize partitions or filesystems when you are using a bootable image.

I think most of the input on the change proposed seems to indicate that the community in general wants to get nova out of the re-sizing business. Accordingly I'm going to close this bug.
