Bug Description

This was reported on the horizon side along with another issue (https://bugs.launchpad.net/horizon/+bug/960040) but the naming of multiple instances is actually done in nova.

Wrote a hack of a patch for Essex, the trunk is significantly changed as it gets ready for Folsom, so didn't commit back to that. Feel free to use this if you're running Essex. https://github.com/defermat/openstack-essex-patches

Nova doesn't require unique instance names. I'm not sure this issue is valid?
