It is true.
In doc/source/devref/addmethod.openstackapi.rst, "nova/api/openstack/servers.py" occurs two times. The file "servers.py" has been moved to "nova/api/openstack/compute".
Besides addmethod.openstackapi.rst, no documents refer to servers.py.
