not possible to create form (no field names retrieved)

Bug Description

I have used mysql database via odbc since Warty. I have tested the new oo-base
component in oo 1.9.121 in Hoary. I created an .odb file with a form to input
data into the database. In Breezy it does not work: I get this error:

"The field names from 'my.table.name' could not be retrieved"

Oo-base opens this table without problems - it does not work for forms.

New file with new form does not work either.

I can provide more info if necessary.

please could you recheck with the 2.0.2 version, as found in dapper?

Seems to be ok in dapper. Tested with different databases, but all wizards work (slowly but surely...).
