The master branch of lxd has changed the key names of some config items.

LXD has changed the name of some of the config keys and we need to check that nova-lxd doesn't use the legacy ones when lxd 3.0 ships.

Need to check that pylxd doesn't use them or to change them as needed:

Nova only uses raw.lxc.logfile and so this is not needed.
