When attempting to attach a cinder volume I'm seeing

ERROR oslo_messaging.rpc.dispatcher File "/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/nova_lxd/nova/virt/lxd/driver.py", line 154, in attach_volume
ERROR oslo_messaging.rpc.dispatcher raise NotImplementedError()
ERROR oslo_messaging.rpc.dispatcher NotImplementedError

It would be nice to have cinder volume support for nova-lxd.

Ubuntu 16.04lts
ii nova-compute-lxd 13.3.0-0ubuntu1 all Openstack Compute - LXD container hypervisor support
ii python-nova-lxd 13.3.0-0ubuntu1 all OpenStack Compute Python libraries - LXD driver

This is supported in the upcoming Pike release of the nova-lxd driver.
