Docker updates clear every time user settings

I've some IDE required specific setting in /lib/systemd/system/docker.service file.

I've edited line which starts to ExecStart to launch docker instances from IDE. However, every updates to Docker seems to overwrite my settings and I need set again these settings to service file.

This is not how it's should work when application is updated in reason, updates should not overwrite modified user settings.
