Bug Description
The notification displayed in response to
notify-send -t 0 "Please acknowledge."
will only be displayed on the workspace which is active when it is handled.
This is especially problematic if the user is switching workspaces as the notification is handled, as the user may leave the workspace just after the message is displayed. In this case, the notification will only effectively be displayed for some insignificant amount of time before the user returns to that workspace.
